Returns

You may return an item within 14 working days of receipt. To do this you will need to notify us within this period and provide the following details:

• Name
• Address
• Contact telephone number
• Order number
• Product description
• Date order was placed
• Reason for return

On return of the item to us you will receive a full refund within 14 days. This includes any delivery charges.

It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you change your mind it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you return them in their original packaging and contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We're sorry its not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you've received email confirmation of your order, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
