The Right of Individual with Disabilities to Our Services
Our friendly Customer Service Team responds to queries through many different communication channels. Our customers are able to call, email or write to us. If you have purchased your product through one of our Retail partners, they will also be able to assist.
If a disabled person finds it impossible or unreasonably difficult to make a subject access request in writing, we will make a reasonable adjustment for them under the Equality Act 2010. In these circumstances we will accept a verbal request for information as though it were a valid subject access request.
