Why won't my air purifier switch on?

A

The Trueman Cell may not be correctly fitted. Remove and refit the Trueman Cell making sure the cover has been clicked back into place securely.

Your fuse may need replacing. Please replace the fuse in the plug with another 5 amp fuse.

Why are the lights not illuminating?

A

Your air purifier may not be switched on. Press the on/off button on the remote control, or the fan button on the control panel.

Why is there a solid amber light?

A

The 'Trueman Cell' light will illuminate a solid amber colour as a reminder that the filter will need cleaning within 30 days.

Remove and clean your Trueman Cell and filter.

Why is there an amber flashing light?

A

The Trueman Cell needs cleaning or may have been returned to the air purifier damp.

If the light is flashing quickly, the fan will continue to operate, but the Trueman Cell and filter will need to be cleaned.

If the light is flashing slowly, the Trueman Cell may have been returned to your air purifier damp after cleaning. Dry mode will be activated for 60 minutes, after which your air purifier will restart.

Why has my air quality not improved?

A

The Trueman Cell and filter may need cleaning. Clean and retry your air purifier.

No improvement?

Your air purifier is suitable for rooms up to 22m² and will be less effective in rooms over this size.

Why is the fan not working?

A

The fan may be set to 'low'. Press the fan button on the remote control or the control panel to raise the fan speed.
