A Manufacturer's Warranty is provided by the relevant manufacturer of the product, being either Oreck Manufacturing Company, Tennessee, USA, or Clean Source Technologies BV, Holland, which are separate companies to Oreck UK and Integrity (Europe) Limited. However, should you need advice or repairs under the Manufacturer's Warranty, please telephone Oreck UK on 0845 603 0153. Local call rates apply. Any repairs under the Manufacturer's Warranty are undertaken by Oreck UK or your local approved Oreck Service Centre. Please call for details of your nearest centre.

The Manufacturer's Warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights are available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

The Manufacturer's Warranty does not cover the replacement of expendable or consumable parts such as belts, brushes, bulbs, disposable bags, charcoal filters and other parts subject to normal wear unless defective in material or workmanship.
