All goods are subject to availability and all prices are subject to change, please check with our sales team for the current availability and prices.

Prices quoted do not include postage and packaging, please refer to P&P Information for applicable charges. All prices advertised are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Whilst Oreck UK will endeavour to make sure that prices stated on our web site are correct, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. Should we discover an error in the price of goods before we accept your order then you will be notified and be given the option to cancel the order or to re-order at the correct price.

Payment by interest free instalments consists of 4 monthly payments of an equal amount. The postage and packing charge will be added to the first payment. In the event of non-payment of any instalment charge, the full amount owing will become immediately payable.

Please note that the terms and conditions including the returns policy outlined below only apply to our deliveries within the UK.

You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly, at your cost. If we collect the item from you, you will be charged for the cost of collection, which will be notified, to you at the time of cancellation. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.

We do not offer refunds on aerosols, liquids or powders unless the item is faulty.

· Right to cancel

Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel this contract within seven working days of receipt of the goods you ordered and are entitled to a full refund, including the initial postage and packaging charge, if you return a product. Cancellation must be made by letter or email and confirmation of posting or transmission should be kept.

The cost of returning the goods is not refundable.

· Manufacturer's Warranty

A Manufacturer's Warranty is provided by the relevant manufacturer of the product, being either Oreck Manufacturing Company, Tennessee, USA, or Clean Source Technologies BV, Holland which are separate companies to Oreck UK and Integrity (Europe) Limited. However, should you need advice or repairs under the Manufacturer's Warranty, please telephone Oreck UK on 0845 603 0153. Local call rates apply. Any repairs under the Manufacturer's Warranty are undertaken by Oreck UK or your local approved Oreck Service Centre. Please call for details of your nearest centre. Further information on the Manufacturer's Warranty can be found at Warranty Information.

This Manufacturer's Warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights are available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
