In the unlikely event that any Oreck product fails to meet your expectations,
within 30 days of purchase, it is very simple to return the goods to us
for refund or replacement.
- Make a note of the Serial No. and Model No., if the item has one.
- Remove, and throw away, the disposable inner bag.
- Include a letter with your name and address and a brief description of why
you are returning the goods.
- Repackage the product in the original Oreck box and address it to:

- Call 0845 603 0153 and arrange a date when it is convenient for our
courier to come and collect the goods. We will need the address to collect
it from (we can collect from your home, a neighbour, your work address or
a family member), Model No. and Serial No. Alternatively you may drop it
into one of our courier’s depots after calling us to set this up.
- Postage and packaging costs are refunded on all electrical items if returned within the 30 day money back guarantee period. This includes the ElectrikBroom but not carpet sweepers or upright handle assemblies.
Please allow up to 10 working days for a credit to be issued or replacement goods to be despatched.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any other item may be returned during the 30 days, whereby a refund will be processed for the cost of the item but not the post and packaging.
