How can I place an order?
Online
Simply shop online. Add the Oreck product(s) you want to your shopping trolley, provide us with your address and billing details and check out.
Post
Print an order form and send it to us in the post.

Cheques or Postal Orders made out to 'Oreck UK' together with a completed manual order form can be sent to:

Please ensure your name and postcode is written clearly on the back of the cheque.
Orders are normally despatched within a couple of days but if an item has gone out of stock it may take up to a maximum of 28 days. If required, please call customer services for confirmation that your order items are in stock. If paying by cheque please allow 10 working days for your cheque to clear.
I don't like giving my credit/direct card number over the telephone/Internet.
We keep credit/debit card numbers strictly confidential. The details are only kept on our system for as long as necessary, then they are deleted. See also Privacy Policy.
Oreck UK takes seriously the issue of safeguarding your privacy online. To ensure safety and confidentiality, we utilise Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard for transferring sensitive information over the Internet.
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.
