How do I get my order delivered to a different address?

If you require that delivery be made to a different address than the billing address and we have not despatched goods to this address before, we will check with you first before despatching your order.

An order confirmation letter will automatically be sent to your billing address. You will need to respond to this to confirm your delivery details either by FREEPHONE 0800 73 11 871 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or by FREEPOST using the address below.

Once confirmation has been received, only then will the goods be released.

Alternatively you may pay for your goods by cheque or have your order despatched to your billing address. This must be the address where your debit or credit card is registered.

The cost of Postage & Packaging on all web site orders will depend on your total order value.

Band C postage must be applied to orders only containing aerosols. Aerosols can only be shipped to mainland UK.

Postage & Packaging rates include insurance so that in the event of damage or loss, items will be replaced. These rates apply for the mainland United Kingdom only. Please call 0845 603 0153 for orders outside the UK.

Orders are prioritised by delivery type and despatched as quickly as possible but out of stock items it may take up to a maximum of 28 days. If required, please call customer services for confirmation that your order items are in stock.

How does my order arrive?

It is delivered direct to your home or place of work by our courier.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses

When does delivery take place?

We can deliver Monday to Friday between 9.00am - 5:30pm.

How quickly will I receive the product?

Orders are prioritised by delivery type and despatched as quickly as possible but out of stock items may take up to a maximum of 28 days. If required, please call customer services for confirmation that your order items are in stock.

What happens if I am not in?

We can arrange an alternative delivery address when you place your order (see information on delivery to a different address), or alternatively the courier will leave a card at your home. This will have a telephone number than you can call to rearrange a convenient time for delivery.

What does delivery include?

All our parcels are insured. This means if your product goes missing we will send you out another. A signature may be required on delivery, however if you are not in, the courier will leave a card which will allow you to call and arrange re-delivery.
