"We have very thick carpet and the new hoover we bought it didn't matter what height adjustment we put it on it was so hard to push - gave us a good work out. Due to age related problems we couldn't cope. The Oreck we have purchased even I can use with 2 broken ribs! Everything they say on QVC is true"
