"Took the 'Oreck Challenge' and was STUNNED at what I got up. Was expecting very little, as my other vacuum still works well - Or I thought I did."

"I bought an XL10 at the beginning of 2011 and was very impressed with both the quality and performance of this vacuum cleaner. It was far superior to my Dyson and any other vacuum cleaner i had owned before. However around june of 2011 my vacuum cleaner developed a fault with the electrical lead near the handle and became intermittent in it\'s operation. I rang Oreck and spoke to a very helpful person who informed me that my vacuum cleaner had a 10 year guarantee. Collection was arranged promptly and my vacuum cleaner was repaired and returned to me in a very reasonable period of time ( 2weeks max). It was returned having been cleaned and a new lemon dust bag fitted. Also the lead had a new retainer fitted. I was also told that if my vacuum was damaged in transit i would receive a new vacuum. I would just like to say that i am very impressed with Oreck\'s customer service and the way in which your call centre staff handled my concerns. I would recommend to my friends and colleagues Oreck products without hesitation. Thank you once again for your excellent service i would now never buy anything other than your products. My parents recommended Oreck to me and have bought your vacuums for many years."

"Brilliant can not fault! My current Oreck was purchased by me in 1992. As it was the lightest cleaner on the market at that time, I needed to go for this following surgery to avoid strain. It has been amazing all these years, has never broken down and I have loaned it to other people when their machine has broken down.
